We send our parcels via Australia Post and Sendle.
Australian orders are a flat rate of $10 or FREE on orders over $100.
New Zealand orders
New Zealand orders are a flat rate of $15 or FREE on orders over $100.
United States, Canada & United Kingdom
$25 or FREE on orders over $200.
8 – 10 Business Days.
Rest of world
$30 or FREE on orders over $200.
8 – 20 Business Days.
All International orders are sent via Australia Post.
International customers are responsible for the custom rates within their own country. Please be sure to check local import laws.
We use compostable mailers (which you can read about at heropackaging.com.au).
To compost them at home, it’s best to remove any labels, cut them up and place in your compost bin. These will completely break down within 90-120 days in a home-compostable environment – sometimes even sooner!
When sending large items, we may need to use boxes and recycled padding or paper which can go straight into recycling.
We try to limit plastics and waste as much as possible. If you would like any more information about our postage practices, please get in touch with us.
All of our products are vintage and second hand (unless otherwise stated), so it is important to know that items will generally show some wear and tear. We take a lot of care in selecting each item and inspecting it for damage/flaws. Any major faults will be noted in the item description and we will include photos where possible. If an item you receive is faulty and we haven’t described it as such, a refund may be granted, please contact us to discuss.
Faulty items must be returned within 7 working days, please contact us to arrange. We do not accept returns for incorrect fit or change of mind, so please check measurements.
